SE02 EP022 - Mississauga Housing Report June 2020

We’ve had a difficult couple of month with COVID 19 keeping folks indoors and it has had a huge effect on the amount of volume transacting in the real estate market.  There are some good signs though! The data is indicating that pricing has not gone down nearly as much as most folks think it has and the number of showings and solds are starting to show signs that we are coming out of it.  This is a slightly longer episode than normal as I wanted to give you as much data as possible to explain what is going on.
