It’s been an interesting year so far and the month of September was no exception. We are up HUGE amounts of volume in all categories except the condo apartments and even those are up 6.5%.  The interesting story with the condos is that the pricing and number of sales are both up from last year however the number of units for sale is up 150% and that’s making it FEEL much slower than we are used to due to all of the choices that are available.
