SE2:EP4 - Catherine Connors
from Pathfinder's Pod Hosted by League of Intrapreneurs
Featuring storyteller, community builder and innovator, Catherine Connors. Catherine spent over a decade as an academic, digging into questions concerning the place of women and girls in the public sphere before pivoting into digital, as an intrapreneur inside Disney. She's currently co-founder of the League of Badass Women, an organization stimulating transformative conversations to develop post-gendered social and economic systems and models of leadership. In this episode, we’re unpacking our traditional understanding of leadership and exploring how feminine attributes have an important role to play, particularly in a time like now. This conversation is hosted by League of Intrapreneurs Co-founder, Maggie De Pree. *** For more examples of progressive leadership, read The Intrapreneur's Guide to Pathfinding.
