SE4 EP2. Payslice - Kelechi Oleka

Kelechi Oleka is a tech-focused entrepreneur and consultant creating solutions that address critical needs in the environment. He is the founder of Payslice, a fintech company that allows employees to access their earned salaries on demand. Kelechi’s experience spans financial education and management. He teaches both employers and employees how to make better financial decisions, and the rewards they get when they are disciplined enough to follow through with their decisions. ​Kelechi also leads his team through enormous research in their quest for using practical approaches to solve technical problems. Before Payslice, Kelechi was a Product Designer and Software Developer for Decagon, Liveizy, and Farfill. Kelechi received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the National Open University of Nigeria, and a certificate in Digital Products Design UX – Research, UI – Design from the University of Minnesota. He also holds other certifications from the FATE Foundation and Geneza School of Design. Kelechi is a Carrington Fellow and a volunteer at The Young Professionals Platform.
