The USA is at war with Iran. How will this affect financial markets. As predicted, it appears that the Strait of Hormuz has been closed which will affect the flow of oil. So expect oil and gas prices to rise. 

But I am not a huge fan of these situational plays. Instead, I prefer to simply continue building cash flow because I like income. An ironic and surprising fact is that investing and how to become wealthy is NOT taught in schools. 

Poor peopel are focussed on buying things (being consumers) and wealthy people are focussed on buying assets. Becoming wealthy is heavily influenced by your midnset about money. 

Your time is your most valuable asset. How do you free up all of your time? Answer: you become very wealthy. Investing involves RISK. But everyone is searching for the "risk free, 100% guranteed" investment. It does NOT exist. Stop looking for it.
