Sea Faring fun with Yacht chef Victoria Allman

Friday May 7th at 2pm ET, WAMS speaks with Victoria Allman, who has been following her stomach around the globe for eleven years as a yacht chef, after training at both the Stratford Chef’s School in Canada and the Culinary Institute of America in New York. We'll ask Victoria about her floating culinary odyssey through Europe, the Caribbean, Nepal, Vietnam, Africa and the South Pacific cooking for the rich and famous and her book, Sea Fare: A Chef’s Journey Across the Ocean. Victoria's new book all about wandering the globe in search of new food is called Female Nomad and Friends; Tales of Breaking Bread Around the World and will be released in summer 2010.
