After the tragic dog attack on Freddie the seal that happened on the Thames foreshore in March, we have invited three special guests. Alison Debney from the Zoological Society London talks about populations of seals in the Thames and the surveys that are happening. She is followed by Paul Hyman Director of Active360 who speaks about his favourite encounters with seals whilst out paddleboarding on the river. Lastly, we have Mary Tester from the British Divers Marine Life Rescue who was the marine medic on scene when Freddie got attacked. Mary speaks about her campaign to get better protection for seals in the Thames and the importance of us keeping our distance.
