Defense attorney Marc Agnifilo argued that Cassie Ventura was the winner of her relationship with Combs. "She is sitting somewhere in the world with $30 million," he said. "He's in jail." And he tried to make the prosecution of Combs relatable. "They take yellow crime scene tape, figuratively, and they wrap it around his bedroom," he said. "The crime scene is your private sex life."
