Judge Arun Subramanian asked questions about Diddy's possible out of custody arraignment which is more than what the last judge did. The Defense and the Prosecution made their arguments again in writing. We'll see what kind of conclusion this judge will make. Bryan Kohberger has motions to suppress information. He has a Hearing to address those motions in January of 2025. The defense is arguing that the Google accounts that were searched are not tied to him so how can the Prosecution know they belong to the defendant? Tom Girardi's sentencing has been pushed back to December 20th. His Illinois case was scheduled for December 19th in anticipation of the decision on the sentencing. Most likely that case's date will get pushed back to the beginning of 2025.
