Sean Lyons left a career in dancing and finance to join the team at the Germantown Cafe. After the tornado of 2020 closed the Cafe, it has finally reopened with a new key player. Sean brings and interesting approach to how he leads his people. He is also doubling down on his community, Spending time to write "Love Letters" to people in the neighborhood on a regular basis, he is definitely working outside the traditional box.
