In this episode of the Life and Football Podcast our special guest was Sean Pugh. Sean Pugh is a Coach with Purdue as the Director of Football Player Development. In his role, Pugh counsels student-athletes and coaches, leads Bible studies, organizes community service initiatives and works with the student-athletes on life skills development. Pugh joined the Boilermakers after serving in a similar capacity as Western Kentucky’s football character coach from 2008 to 2016. Pugh also has served as a pastor at the Hillvue Heights Church (2010-15), the Western Kentucky campus director of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (2014-16) and as the lead pastor at Church on the Main (2015-16). He got his start in collegiate athletics in the FCA’s training program at Auburn from 2007 to 2008.
