Searching for Christmas: Searching for Light in the Midst of Darkness

These services signal that we have reached our limits with the busyness of the season—the gift buying is over, our families are together, and we can finally focus on celebrating the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ! This Christmas Eve, we go in search of the light that illumines our world and our lives, and our presence here tonight proclaims that no matter how dismal things may be, the light of Christ shines in the midst of our darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.
