'Searching for the Dad She Never Knew' & Much More

from Judge Mathis Podcast · host Telepictures

First, The plaintiff says her biological mother gave birth to her at age 17, and her mom’s foster family adopted her. She had heard a man with the defendant’s name might be her biological father, so she’s petitioning the court for a DNA test. The defendant says he was devastated that he didn’t know he might have a daughter, but he will consider the plaintiff his child no matter what the results say. Then, The plaintiff says he dated the defendant for a year, but it was hell because she constantly accused him of cheating, which he denies. He’s suing his ex for the cost of a car, a loan, and harassment. The defendant insists the plaintiff cheated, because she saw text messages. She’s countersuing for the cost of a car and emotional distress. Plus, The plaintiff says he and the defendant have been best friends for 20 years, but he’s suing him for the cost of watch repairs. The defendant says the plaintiff used to be a drug dealer and ended up in prison, so the defendant took him into his home. He denies owing anything.
