Season 1 | Episode 18 | Special Guest, RT Therapist Bisola Adediji
from RT Dialogue · host RT Dialogue
We really loved today's episode for a lot of reasons, but in particular Bisola Adediji is our first LMFT-A (associate) that we have had on the podcast, so we were really looking forward to hearing her newer journey coming into RT. Bisola is a therapist at Resilient Roots Counseling in Garland, TX and she shared about her passions for working with the mother-daughter relationship, and working with immigrants, particularly from Africa, where she is a "1.5" generation from Nigeria -- born in New York and raised in Alabama. When speaking of Restoration Therapy she said something that really caught my attention -- "God arrested me with RT". How many of us in the RT community can echo that sentiment -- where it feels like we encountered RT and that was it. Bisola has a lot of interests and we are really excited for her voice and the ongoing contributions we know she will be making to this community and many others for years to come.
