In this episode I interviewed my special guest Andrew Arbuthnot. Andrew is the founder of 'Right Mind Hypnotherapy & Coaching'. Based in Bangor, Co. Down, Northern Ireland, he specializes in anxiety, stress and pain management. I talk to Andrew about the work he does and the services he provides, but focusing in on Pain Management and we discuss the different ways hypnosis can help people manage pain and ultimately reduce their suffering. Andrew is a wonderful guy and we had a great conversation.
