Gother tells them Legano is in the stairwell and Fuller pulls her gun and hurries after him. Truman and Gother attempt to reconstruct the tones Legano entered into the keypad to open the hidden door. Truman leaves Gother to it and rushes into the stairwell to offer Sandy Fuller backup. She corners Legano on the bottom floor stairs and demands his surrender. Legano spins around and shoots her in the arm, causing her to drop her gun. Legano moves in for the kill when a gunshot grooves the top of his outstretched arm and he loses his gun. He turns to find Alexa Silven holding him in her sights. Before Truman arrives on the scene, Silven slips out of the building, leaving Ray Talbert's incriminating letter on the step near Legano. Truman issues an APB on her and returns to Stoney's office, leaving Sandy in control of Legano's arrest.
