Season 1 Episode 36: Conversations on Conflict

from The Chey and Pav Show: Teachers Talking Teaching · host Chey & Pav Educational Services, Inc.

In Episode 36 of the Staffroom Podcast, Chey and Pav recap the chat conversation that was hosted by Education Never DIes on Twitter a few days prior. They use the chat as a way to work a little deeper into the topic of what conflict truly is. Chey and Pav discuss the fact that conflict resolution among educators can only be attempted when the school culture and relationship building has occurred and a safe space has been set up.
