Season 1 Episode 4: Extra-Curricular Activities

In Episode 4, Chey and Pav talk about the importance of Extra Curricular activities within the school. They talk about how it is now about 4 weeks into the school year, and they are both in the mind frame of getting started with extra-curricular sports and clubs to get the students involved. They discuss how these activities can result in important relationship and community building within the school - among the students and among the teachers as well. Pav and Chey talk about their own experiences with extra curricular activities, and how they use their own passions to guide their clubs and activities within the school. They conversely talk about how sometimes their extra-curricular activities can lead to them building strengths in areas that they were previously weaker in. Chey gives some anecdotes about his experiences with Volleyball in the past few years. Pav recollects how she didn't know much about coding when she started the Coding club at school. They both go on to discuss their experiences with how extra-curricular activities have helped with discipline in their classrooms, and how the "Radar Theory" is a real and sometimes dangerous concept within a school community.
