In this episode I explain how to hear the voice of Jesus and cultivate a personal relationship with Him. I share beautiful words Jesus spoke to me in Eucharistic Adoration about how to hear His voice. Jesus is a friend of silence, and His voice is a gentle whisper. The excess noise of the world distracts and prevents the soul from hearing the voice of The Lord. One who is not listening attentively, cannot hear the voice of a whisper. Silence and interior recollection is needed in order to hear the voice of The Lord. Jesus is a Gentleman and knocks gently on the door of our hearts. He does not barge in, but rather waits patiently until we direct our free will towards Him and invite Him in. By heeding to the gentle knocks of Jesus and inviting Him into our heart-homes, He is able to heal and commune with us.
