Season 1, Episode 47: A conversation with Altoona Running Club president Matt Millard

Matt talks about organizing the annual ARC Oktoberfest 6K and Kids Pumpkin Dash coming up on Saturday, October 2. The conversation turns to the challenge Matt created for himself when he ran every street in Des Moines from May of 2020 to February of 2021. He also chats about his consecutive days running streak that started on November 13th of 2015. Matt also talks about the running club's future goals and how he has designed a course in Altoona that he says would make a perfect 5K route.
