Bob is a highly skilled and world-renowned hypnotherapist based in Scotland. He is known for creating ‘The Swan’ which is now used by hypnotherapists and psychotherapists in more than 85 countries around the world. I thoroughly enjoyed chatting to Bob and we had a really interesting discussion including how Bob started out hypnotising people, 'awakening the sleeping giant within', 'being a 'positive pessimist', 'ideomotor responses' and a little bit about 'The Swan' how it works and can help people, and we had many laughs along the way...!
