Season 1 Finale! Episode 30 on my podcast & yoga journey

It’s happening! I’m at episode 30 after 6 months and nearly 1000 downloads of the Bloom with a Boom Podcast.  And this will be the last show before a 2 week break where I’ll come back refreshed after none other than a women’s only Podcast Summit in LA!   In this short solo I reflect on how birthing and growing this podcast has been a tremendous gift and an ongoing cultivation of my voice, my energetic frequency and my daily yoga practice which has now evolved to a class I’m teaching, blending yoga, breathwork and other mindfulness practices.
