I was just sitting having a quiet time and listening to one of the tranquility circle meditations that I recorded a couple of weeks ago.  In that meditation, I was talking about inner body awareness, which is an awareness of that first etheric body that is not physical, not emotional, not mental, but the first spiritual layer of your being and as we drill down from physical, emotional, mental to spiritual, we put ourselves closer and closer into that realm where we are connected to all things through all time and space.
