We welcome our first guest host in the studio & kick out all the whites on this 2 part episode on the film "Philadelphia." Joining us to lift our spirits is Jared Thompson: a jazz musician of much acclaim, and a founding member of the jazz quintet Premium Blend. Jared is also a composer who has done commissioned work for Connor Prairie, The Children's Museum, Indy Jazz Foundation, The Palladium, as well as local (Indianapolis) RnB and hip-hop artists. Today he joins in the studio us a cute lil goofball. "Philadelphia" is a beautiful bummer of a flick, but also an important cultural touchstone taking place in the early 90s. This courtroom drama was released in 1993, and directed by Johnathan Demme.
