Season 2, Ep. 12- Featuring Damien Cox of The Toronto Star

After the Christmas break, the SPMA Council Podcast is BACK in business as we kick off the second half of season 2! This week's episode features a well known and accomplished industry pro- Damien Cox of the Toronto Star, formerly of Prime Time Sports on Sportsnet 590 The FAN.  Damien sits down with William Ord and Evan Pike to chat about his 30+ year career in the industry. Damien talks about his start into the business through his experiences starting at the Scarborough News Bureau and the Toronto Star (10:54), and the importance of acquiring transferrable skills that can apply to a variety of different fields (13:40).
