Today, February 15 2024 is Childhood Cancer Awareness Day and we wanted to honour this day, honour the family of or guest speaking and raise awareness to Childhood Cancer and the lack of funding that goes into it. While her 6 year old daughter was in the hospital, undergoing high dose chemo treatments, Claire Masikewich chatted back and forth with us, via whatsapp voice messages to help us raise awareness about this incredible cause that deserves more funding and research. We know episodes like this can be hard to listen to, but it is sooo worth it to understand what life is like for these kiddos going through such intense treatments.
