Back in September 2023, we asked our Instagram followers to send in comments that they have received from people while growing up, that were specific to their bodies. Comments that have stuck with them and impacted their body image. Or Comments they hear being said to their kids that they really wish wouldn't be said because they can see how it could negatively impact their kids in the future. In todays episode, Melissa and Sammi read out these comments, and talk about their own thoughts around them, why perhaps these things shouldn't be said, what could be said (or not said) instead and how we want to change the narrative.
