He is leading the redevelopment of 70 acres of Federal property located on Naval Base Point Loma Old Town Campus to acquire modern NAVWAR facilities. Prior to his current duties, Geisen was the NAVWAR Director, Corporate Communications and Congressional Liaison from 2010 to 2018.
