In this episode, we're joined by the wonderful Dr. Michael Koster, an pediatric infectious disease physician and professor at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, for part one of a two-part episode covering vaccine hesitancy. In this part, we discuss his experiences treated pediatric infectious diseases, trends in vaccine hesitancy, the state of childhood vaccine-preventable illnesses, and how to approach misinformation in the era of social media.
