Season 2 | Episode 11: The Return

In this episode we discuss the pitfalls of separating our work from our joy and the need for our youth to come to understand in an embodied way humanity’s purpose here while actively tying that in to personal purpose and career goals. We suggest the chakra system as a foundation for this understanding and path toward healing. And, as we near holiday season, we offer some tips for how to gather with family, even dysfunctional ones, with ease and grace. We also touch on the power of Bert Hellinger’s family constellation work as a healing tool for improving family dynamics as well as the reasons why healing the family field is so important for us personally.
