His international research and practice focuses on how the 4Cs (collaboration, critical reflection, communication and creativity) can be integrated, using coherent frameworks to meet the learning needs of 21st Century learners.His latest book is 'Transforming Education Reimagining Learning, Pedagogy and Curriculum', which takes a future-oriented re-imagining of schools focusing on innate human capacities: collaboration, critical reflection, communication and creativity.
