Season 2, Episode #16 - with Stephen McGill ~ 'Music' for Mental Health and Wellbeing

from THE POWER WITHIN · host Trevor Eivers

Hi Folks, Welcome to episode #16 of season 2 with my special guest Stephen McGill of Marketing Advice NI and owner of Globalize Social Media marketing. Stephen has worked closely with therapists in their online marketing since 2007 and is a qualified Hypnotherapist also. I met Stephen at last years Irish Hypnotherapy conference and was very impressed with his technical skills. Stephen is a gentleman and he has helped me on many occasions since then on the technical side (not my forte!). Since then we discovered that both of us have a mutual passion for music and it has had a big impact on our lives. Stephen can play the guitar, was in a band and is a regular concert goer! So I invited Stephen on the podcast to talk about about and discuss our love for music and how it has inspired us over the course of our lives and how it can play a few important role in improving mental health and well being. It was fun to talk about music and the types of music that we love and we both related our own personal stories and gave a few recommendations. We both had a lot of fun recording this and hope you enjoy it ! Best Wishes, Trevor
