Season 2, Episode 18 - Denzel Washington, Crash Test Dummies, Nobel Prize winners, Marie Curie, Linus Pauling, Yellow Fever, AI medical care, ASPCA, Inflation Reduction Act, Taxpayer Relief Shot

In this week's episode, our quote of the week is from actor Denzel Washington on things he would like to see come back in style.  In our "Stupidest thing I've heard all week" segment, I was wrong about something I included in this segment last week and explained why.  In our science segment, we'll tell you about the first and only woman to win two Nobel Prizes, and Producer Susan will tell us about the only male who achieved a similar accomplishment.  We'll tell you why this summer might be the first year in decades when you might be at risk of contracting a case of Yellow Fever (Dengue Fever) and how that risk is tied to the number of illegal immigrants entering this country daily.  We'll give you some more background on the shooter in Texas who shot & killed 5 of his neighbors and tell you how many times he had previously been deported.  Could AI applications be your next Doctor? The AI application Chat GPT took the medical licensing examination. We'll tell you how it scored.  If you donate to causes focused on rescuing abandoned & abused dogs and cats, we'll tell you why the ASPCA might not be the best organization to give your money to.  We'll give you an updated cost estimate of the 2022 "Inflation Reduction Act," which promised to be "Budget Neutral" but now has a considerable price tag based on a new analysis by the Penn/Wharton School of Business.  Our taxpayer relief shot comes to us from Albuquerque, New Mexico, where a shop owner sleeping in his store shoots & kills a burglar breaking into his store at 3:00 a.m.
