Welcome back to #CynthiaAtTheTable. I am your host, Cynthia. I am so extremely excited about today’s episode because we are launching our Cynthia@theTable Leadership and Career Challenge.The Challenge is an initiative that is near and dear to me because of my own personal and professional leadership journey, charge and commitment. Many of you have heard my story and my why, and the motivation behind having this platform.The Challenge was designed so that our Team can be a support and resource and assist our participants with achieving their career journey goal(s) and to also continue to elevate and grow both personally and professionally.Here with us today to help us Kickoff the launch are the selected individuals who will be participating in The Challenge: Joyell Siner, DeLLora Ellis and Lori Talps.Also, here with us today is our Special Guest and panel of professionals’ experts: Joseph Kelly, Wanda Hazel and Jeffrey Clark, who have graciously volunteered to serve as a support system to contribute to the success of our participants by providing them with expert guidance and feedback, mentoring and coaching.First, we will hear from each of our participants, who will briefly share their area of interest and why they chose to be a part of The Challenge.Joyell;DeLlora; andLoriNext, I would like to allow our panelists to say a few words about what this effort means to each of them. Over the next couple of months, we will be chronicling the journey of these three individuals and tracking and monitoring their progress as they navigate through their action steps and milestones to achieve their developed goals.To get started, we are providing each of our participants with a vision board, CATT Goal Template as well as their very own personalized journals.
