Her career began with roles at Dairy Farmers of Canada and Canada Beef, where she gained a solid foundation in the commodity sector and the important role of nutrition. She then spent more than 12 years at Unilever and Upfield Foods combined, where she advanced in the consumer packaged goods industry, leading nutrition and health initiatives across the company’s product portfolios.Carolyn is passionate about driving impactful policy changes and ensuring that food products align with the ever-changing consumer demands in the health space.
