Dave and Jason are masters of their respective styles and that was not lost on this episode. If you haven't been trying for Jason's coveted stouts now is the time! It still may be tough, or rather impossible, to get a Mindful Ale but there are places to seek out these beautiful beers and there could be one on the horizon you can get your hands on. Also, if you follow Fire and Beer on IG you have likely seen many of Marcel's delicacies. Tune in to find out how he got so damn good at cooking meat and where you might be able to try som in the near future.
