Season 2, Episode 4: 6 July 2023, Golden Years: Empowering Senior Health and Wellness

This is the first episode of recurring broadcasts from my 92 year old mother, Ms. Louise Lee, retired Registered Nurse and mother of five, who is still going strong. She will provide senior health and wellness tips. Mommy is a Rrwas a in the nursing field for four decades. She specialized in Psychiatric and Gerentology nursing. She raised five children and went back to school in her 40s to obtain her RN degree while putting three of my sibilings through college and working full time. She graduated with honors. Her nursing scores were so high that she was recruited by hospitals throughout the US. She is the best and I am blessed to have her to share her lust of life to everyone.
