In this last part we look at the final three limbs: Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi.These final 4 limbs (incluidng Pratyahara) are all concerned with the mind and stages of meditation withinn your practice. They guide us in how to train the mind to focus, develop our meditation practice and elevate our consciousness to help us move towards Samadhi- oneness, union, enlightenment or a "super conscious" state.Katja and I are not experts but we love to explore these concepts in terms of what they mean for us in the modern world, their practical application and how they can help us in our practice.
