Singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Daniel Fears is obsessed with finding new ways to express emotion and feeling. Listeners can hear influences of R&B and soul; hip hop and gospel; and the classical music he studied at The University of Texas and Yale University. Since his first release as a singer-songwriter in 2020, he’s been nominated for “Best R&B” at the 2023 Austin Music Awards, opened for artists like Mac Ayres and BLK ODYSSY, and raised $15,000 via Kickstarter to support the creation of a new project. His latest release, an all-string, acoustic EP “Close To Home”, is available on all streaming services.
