Chippies, formerly known as UFO Chips, was on early helping track the flights and break down the activity in real time.The morning was unusually busy with multiple Janet birds moving, which lined up with recent earthquakes near the ranges. That led to heavy speculation about black projects — hypersonics, stealth drones, electronic warfare, and whether Area 51 is being dismantled with programs relocating to Dugway Proving Grounds.
