Less than a year after the release of CounterClock Season 3, Jeff Pelley is in an Indiana courtroom for the first time in more than a decade. His defense team has one shot at arguing his post-conviction case. Indiana University law professor Fran Watson claims the now 50-year-old, who is serving four consecutive 40 year sentences, deserves a new trial.
