It's that time again, in two more weeks, a new budget for the fiscal year 2024 must be agreed upon by both political parties. If not, government workers will be once again in the hot seat, either having to work because they're considered essential or they will be sent home and not working at all. Furloughed employees will have to report to work. Other federal workers will be sent home... Now this makes the branding of working for the federal government, really hard to impress new college graduates and other individuals interested in working for the government. Let's talk about it.
