Season 3: Ep. 41 Kansas City, MO Teen (Unarmed), Shot by Going to the WRONG HOUSE

Last week an unfortunate situation occured when an unarmed, innocent teen went to the wrong house in Northland N.E Kansas neighborhood. He was one block from where he should have been. When he rang a door bell, the owner of that house responded not with a conversation but with two bullets in this young teen's body. There is no criminal referral at this time and the neighbor in question is free living at his home. The teen is now in the hospital sustaining serious conditions. Let's talk about where the civility has gone in the U.S and can it be repaired?
