Season 3, Episode #02 - with Sharon Ledwith (Hypnotherapist and Life Coach)

Hi Everyone, Delighted to have the amazing Sharon Ledwith back on the podcast as my special guest. Her first appearance on Season One of the podcast was very popular and is currently the second most watched podcast on The Power Within you tube channel. Sharon is not only a Hypnotherapist and Life Coach but also a Reiki Master, Meditation Facilitator and person Development Coach. Sharon runs a thriving practice 'Ledwith Wellness' in Anthenry, Co.Galway. We had a great catch up, including chatting about her interview on the Irish independent newspaper in which she spoke about the loss of her beloved brother Colin to suicide and how because of that she is passionate on raising awareness around suicide and mental health. We also got into a number of different topics including her hypnotherapy work and our exciting collaboration with myself with MindWell at Work Facilitator Training program (our 8 week online course starts on June 5th) as well as and much more!
