Season 3, Episode #09 - Parasitology with Daiga Petersone, Holistic Practitioner

Hi Everyone, Welcome to the podcast. In this episode I had a great open minded and meaningful conversation with Daiga Petersone, where we talked about some of the elements of the in many ways toxic society that we live in and recommend ways to keep a healthy mind and body despite it. We covered the not often spoken about 'Parasitology' which is the study of parasites, their hosts, and the relationship between them, and how most people have parasites in their body due to modern lifestyle and the 'terrain' and how we can cleanse them from our bodies. Daiga lives in Co. Clare, Ireland and is also an expert Folk Remedies and Bio Nutrition. I have been following Daiga on social media for a year or two and really resonated with the work that she does, so it was great to meet Daiga and it turns out we think in similar ways and have a lot in common.
