Season 3, Episode 10- Jason Harshaw, Driven Sports Group

The PodSquad is coming in hot with the first guest of 2022, as William interviews NHL agent and founder of Driven Sports Group, Jason Harshaw! Big shoutout to SPMA Council Graphic Designer Luke O'Brien, who made his co-hosting debut on the show! Jason chats about his career mindset, which is based on the understanding of committing to investing in yourself, and the fact that building a career takes a lot of time. He also talked about his time in SPMA and the career goals he envisioned when going into the program, and he chats about his time with the Brock Men's Hockey Team, where he was a 4-time Academic All-Canadian Additionally, Jason elaborates on the sacrifices he had to make in order to continue pursuing his chosen niche of becoming a full-time agent in the hockey industry. Jason then talks to us about the agency that he founded-Driven Sports Group. He talks about how Driven got started, what the business does on a day-to-day business, and the businesses' overall mentality towards their clients, who primarily play in the OHL, AHL, Europe, or the NHL.
