Social worker and Cal State Fullerton/West Virginia University alumni Carmen Abreu talks about her roots and beginnings in East Los Angeles , all the way to her experience in getting her Bachelors Degree in Cal State Fullerton as a Human Services Major , all the way to her double Master Degrees in Social Work and Public Administration, and goes into her work with the the youth and women in West Virginia and how public administration can be used to advocate for our rights as citizens
