Dear friends, Welcome to Season 3, Episode 14 of the podcast! Today, Ro and Rae are back to giving a short update in the intro. Today we talk about season changes, our pilgrimage in Italy, and what we are thankful for. Today’s episode is an imagination meditation, imagining your heart as a room, with Rae.  Each meditation we offer has three parts. First, Rae will offer some exercises to help you find quiet readiness for meditation.
