Season 3: Episode 2: Cut the childish chatter!

from RAW CHATTER! Unfiltered Conversations on the Psychology of Addiction, Behaviour & High Performance · host Vicky Midwood - Human Performance Strategist

In this episode I explore why on earth adults revert to children when talking about food and drink!  When a grown man talks about eating 'naughty food' I cannot stifle a loud and heart felt groan, really? I mean really? Naughty food, I was naughty....hang on a minute while I dust off the naughty step...come on, you are adults.  Seriously though, is language we need to focus on, as kids and teens are picking this up and it's 'demonizing' certain types of food.  I explain what  'BAD FOOD' really is and what we need to start doing instead to stop repeating this juvenile habit.  Vicky xx Connect with Vicky:  BOOK A CHAT: https://calendly.com/vickymidwood/30-mins-1-2-1-chat  Email: [email protected]  Website: https://vickymidwood.com/  SOCIALS  LINKEDIN:  https://www.linkedin.com/in/vickymidwood/ FACEBOOK: https://www.facebook.com/vicky.midwood/ INSTA: https://www.instagram.com/vicky_gofigurecoaching/ TWITTER: https://twitter.com/vickymidwood
