Season 3: Episode 2: Land Purchase in Northern Ohio 1885-1886

This episode focuses on the attempted purchase of land in the Sandusky, Ohio area by EJ Lockwood in the 1880s. It has been a long litigation and a large bill of cost to be paid by parties owning in the premises.  I have Misses Mead’s letters wishing me to tend to it for her and we are all equally bound if we get any thing we have a large bill of cost to pay.
